Tokyo Tokyo 168 Mall,Binondo,Manila
my sister and I went to your tokyo tokyo branch at 168 mall food court in binondo, manila earlier today. we would like to report that you should train your managers to be more courteous and stop ordering customers like we work for you! also, to smile when talking to customers. we should not discriminate, but it seems he may also be gay, and maybe having a bad day, as he was frowning all the time. but still it is no excuse to throw his temper at customers, and act like he is our boss. please do something about it. your food is not that great, and with bad customer service, you really are terrible. be private with this message, and just for your department.

New TokyoTokyo at Tarlac
The new branch at Tarlac City is most welcome since me and my family are avid fans of this resto. However, it surprised me to learn last Dec. 26 when dining with my family that this branch does not offer unlimited rice as in all other branches in the Philippines. One of the crew said that it is a "new setup." What new setup is that!? Besides, the rice they are serving (Thai Rice daw, w/c I doubt)is not cooked Japanese style (buhaghag) so you can't use your chopstick properly.

not knowledgeable manager
My wife and I visited one of your Tokyo Tokyo in one SM Mall and asked question, manager provided us wrong information. He was more profit oriented person instead of being more customer satisfaction focused. This will be our last visit.

James of Tokyo-Tokyo SM Marilao
I am Luisa Garcia, a mother of two children. Last April 1, 2008, I went shopping and buying groceries at SM Marilao with my 8-month old daughter. The Mall was full of people and I had a hard time because my husband was not with me. I was carrying my daughter or rather strapped with me. Well anyway, i decided to eat at Tokyo-Tokyo SM Marilao and there was this Service Crew, James, (whos name in his nameplate appears as "Jimson", good thing he corrected me.) who ever so politely greeted me and assisted me as I entered their store. He assisted me with by carrying my tray and my groceries for me and when he had served the food on my table, did'nt wait to be asked for a high chair, graciously providing me with one and seating my daughter in it. He even fetched me my condiments which I forgot and offered me a glass of water while I was waiting for my food. I was truly thankful for a crew like him. I offered him a twenty peso tip which he politely declined, saying that it was his job to assist me all the way on my visit in their store. I am wrote this review to commend him in the Tokyo-Tokyo Company. That, I think, is the least I could do for him. Thank you, James. And thank you, Tokyo-Tokyo SM Marilao. You are very good in tarining your crews. I hope many oither Service Crews would follow in his steps and provide Quality Service.

What a BAD EXPERIENCE! We will not go back again!
Last night, March 6, 2008 at around 6:00 p.m. my husband and I ate at Tokyo-tokyo Robinsons Lipa Branch. We ordered beef misono meal for 2 and 2 red ice tea. It takes 15-20 minutes before the food was served to us. When the food was already set in our table I smell something bad and look where it comes from. I told my husband maybe the table was not wipe properly. So we continuously eat our food but upon eating I noticed that the rice was not good t0 eat. I complained to the crew who served the food and requested to change our rice. We wait for the food and suddenly notice another male crew who hurriedly went out from the kitchen carrying a container and went to the other food chain beside the tokyo-tokyo restaurant maybe buying rice for us. It takes another 10-15 minutes before new plate of rice was served to us.
