Located on the ground floor of a luxurious business centre and shopping mall, this popular establishment is said to be the best Japanese restaurant in the city. Frequented by Japanese ex-pats and well-to-do Egyptians, the restaurant boasts typical oriental decor and two sizzling tepanyaki grills. Diners have the choice of eating at standard tables or marble ones equipped with mini barbeques for grilling meat and vegetables. Cairo's finest Japanese eatery has much more to offer than just sushi and sake. There is also a wide variety of traditional Japanese dishes and soups, including maki rolls (EGP 16-46), seafood sashimi (EGP 21-43) and sumptuous chicken in onion ginger sauce (EGP 20). There are no desserts on the menu.
