This was perhaps the worst hotel in the country. I live in Ca and travel all over the country. This hotel boasts a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your room is free, but try and get them to uphold to that!! The room was horrible, everything broken, loose wires hanging everywhere, even over pool. A/C is still out, a year later. I read the reviews, seems like they tell people they are remodeling, and have been for years now, but arent accomplishing anything. Want to see real pictures, I took some email me and I will show you. Oh and dont expect the doors to lock, ours wouldnt and they wouldnt give us another room either! HORRIBLE

The staff is unhelpful, the place is dingy and smells. They dont have the ammenities they state including irons, or A/C. The managers refuse to respond or even come to desk EVER!
this place is great for the price. it is located centrally, has free wifi, the rooms are clean and there's free parking. what more could you want!

I do not agree with that every one speaks English really . when we checked in FD check us in dirty room . found bed bug in room . ask for manager fd said her name is Chris and i dont think so she is available at the the property any time . i will also make complaint to Choice properties hotels. very shitty hotel

don't know what all the hatin' is about. it was just fine, clean, even semi luxurious (well I HAVE been on the road for two weeks). fridge works, clean beds, big ol' flat screen tv and really really really nice folks working here. no problems. lighten up, y'all!!

My friends and I HATED our two day stay there. The room we stayed in had a hole in the wall (big enough to think someone had a camara in there). The paint on the wall were cracking. As well at the paint in the hall ways and the bathrooms. The elevator looked like it was about to drop, the doors did not open properly.

Friendly staff and a nice lobby but our room was awful. It had an unpleasant smell, there were lttle bugs in the bathroom, the air conditioning didn't really work, there were multiple missing light bulbs and a broken light fixture. The price was good, but the room wasn't.

The service is great, but the bathrooms are filled with ANTS! The ants are in the tub, on the walls and all over the floor. I would not recommend this hotel. You can hear through the walls and if you get cold, the heater sounds like a truck engine (try sleeping with all that noise). This is rediculous and management should do something about the ants. Don't be fooled by the pretty lobby, because the rooms are awful.

Not the safest area, but then again are there any safe areas in LA. I walked across the street to 7-11 and only saw homeless people and police (and also police aresting homeless people), I didn't exactly feel comfortable outside after dark. The staff was friendly, but the room did have a few ants in the bathroom and horrible water pressure in the shower. This area of town is mostly Mexican with the exception of some Korean restaurants nearby. Overall it was acceptable for the price.
