Hotel was nice, clean. Staff was very helpful. Dinner at Pub in hotel good and reasonable. Beds comfortable.

I first found Cassidy's in 2006. As I travel alone I was looking for a central location, safety and cleanliness. I am going back this month (February 2008) and there was no question as to where I will spend my money. Cassidy's is the place for me.

Reception staff were very friendly & helpful. The room, general toilet area (ladies) & the breakfast room were dirty - tiles, walls,corners etc ingrained with dirt/stains etc. I'm a frequent traveller & this was the worst hotel (in terms of cleanliness) I have ever stayed.

The service was very good, the cleanliness was not that good, to mutch dust on the bathroom. the location was very good, easy to walk to everything you need to find:) specially easy to find tempel bar district:D

Hotel is at the top of O'Connell Street just far enough away from any noise but within easy walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable and breakfasts are very good and value for money. We went in April last year and are booking to go again in June this year.

Made us feel comfortable from the first moment. This is our "home" when visiting Dublin! Perfect location as regards to walking distances to interesting locations as Arlington Hotel for a touch of the old Riverdance experience. This hotel is just perfect!

I couldn't sleep easily. Because beds was not comfortable. And there was so noise. There was a engine noise from kitchen(?).

well situated although all rooms are noisy either over the street where the heavy traffic never stops or over the massive air conditioning unit. Definatly for sight seeing not relaxing.Food good,room could have been alot cleaner had to move the bed to retrive something and it was very dirty underneath. Better to stick to what is on offer from the buffet breakfast as 2 boiled eggs took for ever to appear.

We have visited Dublin a few times and The Cassidy has been the best for cleaniness and nice rooms. Would definately go back again.
