Back to Sheraton Suites Sweet suites!! Nice, well appointed hotel near one of Houston's prime shopping districts. Easy access to the expressway was one of the main benefits of this hotel although the traffic was a severe downside. Clean rooms with spacious accomodations. Free parking would have been a plus....Nice fitness center
Reviewed by: Marcus from on Sep 29 2009 Wish it had a microwave....... This hotel is clean, nice atmosphere, and I just love the king size bed! The only thing that bothered me was....there was NOT a microwave in the room! I mean..there was a fridge...and a bar..but hello?? What about the microwave? The front desk was really friendly and the staff was great! But the Omaha Steak house was a little over priced and the food was not that great. I don't mind paying for great food..but come on...it was gross. Other than that...the bathroom could have been bigger....and like I said..I was really disappointed that there were no microwave..,...

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jun 04 2005 They had me at Hello I have stayed at this hotel many times on my visits to Houston. My most recent visit was two weeks ago. I went with a small group of my girlfriends. We had never 'gone out' in Houston, so we needed some help. The Concierge were super friendly. Not only did they tell us exactly were we could go, they drove us there all weekend long. All the spots they took us to were great! The hotel itself is wonderful. It is very clean and quiet. The beds are super-comfortable. All of the rooms are good-size suites. The only complaint I have is that they charge $10 for parking.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on May 10 2005 We had a wonderful time here! The suite was beautiful and well decorated (and how nice is it to get a suite for the price of a regular room?). Everything was clean and tasteful. The staff was courteous and helpful. We took advantage of the free WiFi as well. We had a wonderful time in this hotel.Despite Houston's famous humidity, the rooms were extremely dry (they must use a dehumidifier), and we were surprised by how thirsty and dry we felt after the first day.Only small problem was that the bath/shower lever was broken, and I cut my finger on it the first time I used it. We reported this to the front desk when we left, and they said they would fix it immediately.
