My car was broken into while on the hotel property, and the staff pretended to want to help. i was given an extra night stay paid for by the hotel. then after I checked out i found a charge on my credit card for the night that was supposed to be free. I believe the hotel staff knew about the theft before I even talked to them about it because the staff was telling me about items in my vehicle without even seeing it. I distrust this place and no one should even consider staying there. the worst part is i was military on R&R leave and they weren't even close to being sympathetic to my needs and having to leave when I did.

I agree with the previous reviewer. The clerk and hospitality staff were very terse and rude, I felt.

Some clerks had attitude problems... that needs to change! Customers won't come back or refer friends to this hotel, I know I won't!
