Back to Best Western Seaport Inn Nice hotel - not so nice customer service Reading the review from the person who stayed the same week as I did, I'm surprised that we had such a different experience with the customer service. Maybe they were just busy and we got them at a bad time...
Reviewed by: Tams from on Aug 31 2008 Great Hotel!! My husband and I stayed at this hotel and loved it! We would highly recommend it. The staff were awesome and very accomodating. I've never stayed at a hotel where they've been so nice. The continental breakfast was a bonus. It was always stocked with bagels, waffles, crossiants etc. The rooms are very clean and if you get a room with a balcony, it provides a beautiful view. The room was always stocked with water and if you needed more front desk always provided more. The hotel is located at a great spot. My husband and I loved to hang out in the area for dinner and for just a relaxing night to walk along the water front.

A big choice of lesbian, Hardcore, and some fetish stuff. What a great weekend!!!
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Mar 03 2008 great hotel in nyc! I love the decor. The view is wonderful if you can score a room with a balcony. This is very reasonable and near fun city "stuff". When I lived in NYC and wanted a hotel "break" or when I had a roommate and others would visit and we wanted a hotel, this was the "old faithful".
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Aug 22 2007 perfect weekend getaway! I loved the location. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy. No frills but extremely comfortable and cozy. A great place to crash after a long day/night on the town.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on May 06 2007 Great Lower Manhattan Location We have stayed at this hotel several times, mainly because our daughter attends Pace University, two blocks away. The Seaport area is spectacular, especially at night. Hotel staff was accommodating, room was very clean. Corner double room was the best, with a great view of the Brooklyn Bridge. Would definitely stay there again.

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jan 15 2007 Great hotel, affordable price and good location This is a very good and reasonable hotel in New York. It just a walking distance to SeaPort and NYSE. The room was very clean. The staff should be more friendly. When we got there to check-in, I could not find anyone to help me for the luggages. I explained to the manager that my husband just had a surgery and could not carry heavy things. He said I have to help myself for the luggages, because no one was there to help me. Well, the next day, when we checked out, the front desk was able to find a gentleman to help me to get a taxi and luggages. The breakfast was very reasonable and plenty of food to eat. I would stay here again if I visit NY.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Dec 03 2006 Small hotel, but gets the job done! If all you want is a decent, clean, safe, and fairly inexpensive place to stay while in NYC, then this is it. It is far better than decent. The room was a good size, the place was spotless, and it is in a nice place to catch the subway or walk to Battery Park (Statue of Liberty). I've never considered vacationing in NYC due to price, but this place makes me really want to go back. I stayed for a business meeting and was pleased with the basic amenities.
Reviewed by: Veronica from on Jul 03 2006 No More Fishy Smell The Fulton Fish market moved to Brooklyn...so don't worry about last posters comment. This place is in the best location...right at the Seaport! You can walk to everything and to the subway, too!
