Good place to stay in Honolulu
I stayed there for only about a night after my NCL cruise. Their services were great. I had asked for a small room but got a free upgrade to a suite on the 23rd floor. It had a great view of the mountains & downtown. The room was extremely comfortable. I loved the floor to ceiling glass panes which gave a great view of the outdoors. The location was great except that I had trouble finding food in that area after 7pm. Being located in the downtown area, all the food places were closed, even the McDonald's & Starbucks. Also, there were no shuttle service or local buses to and from the airport. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. It was quite peaceful compared to the Waikiki area. I'd definitely go back there.

It was great!
I thought this was a great hotel. Our room was always clean, the front desk was great about getting us whatever we needed. I thought the location was good. There were several stores right there on location and major tourist attraction were never more then a few minutes away by bus or taxi. The breakfast was satisfactory with pastries, some fresh fruit, bagels, juice, coffee and a amazing view!! The swimming pool and hot tub was VERY clean and pleasant to swim in. Can't think of any negatives. IF I ever go back to Hawaii I would stay there.

Great Place!
We really enjoyed ResortQuest at the Executive Centre. We stayed there 2 days before and 2 days after our cruise on NCL. The first two days, the room we had wasn't great, but it was clean. You can tell the rooms are a little dated, but I still thought over all it was nice. The last two days after our cruise, we stayed in a room on the 40th floor overlooking Honolulu Harbor and it was beautiful. I love the mirrored glass so you can keep your curtains open to enjoy the view, but no one can see in. The breakfast wasn't spectacular, but it got the job done and I did enjoy sitting in that room every morning and looking out at the water. All in all, for the money, it's a great place to stay. There's a Starbucks right beside it and a Ross department store below so we enjoyed a little shopping too. Not much in the way of eating after 6pm, but we usually weren't there anyway. It was close to the pier to board the ship and easy to get to when we got back. I would highly recommend to anyone needing to be in downtown.

Quiet option to Waikiki
I think the location is great. It gets you out of the busy-ness of Waikiki, while still being an easy drive from there, the airport, and just about anywhere else. The two rooms I've stayed in both had decent views of the ocean, as well.

Not a great place for me
We just spent a week at the Executive Centre and I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The main living area had a huge spill on the carpet that should have been removed before another guest was checked into that room. I wouldn't even consider using the kitchen--very dirty and old with dark brown appliances. In fact, I purchased a bottle of cleaner at the drug store to get through the week.

Decide for your self....Not again!
Location is great for business, not so good for vacation. Online says suites can accomodate 2-4 persons....NOT TRUE! You would have to rent a roll away (if available). Bring an air bed if you have extra people. Online brochure also lists parking as an amenity. Plenty of parking for a daily fee of $12-$15. Key readers for elevators rarely work,(even for residents) staff was not much help with this. ***There are Cockroaches in the apartment.***
