This place was ok, but I could have been closer to Wildlife world! But the servace is good and I love cats so it was great! Also it is easy to steal from!

The room condition was a let down with outdated furnishing. I felt like living in the seventies. For the rate that we paid (AUD250). We expected better room to stay.

Was attended to by the Assistant Manager who seemed to have left his smile and personality in another room.

This hotel was part of a package holiday, in 2004. Almost perfect location, situated near to darling habour. The only gripe we had was the road works. Not to much of an inconvenience but did spoil the view. The meals were excellent especially the breakfast, what a choice!! we were spoilt..

When we arrived for New Year's 2005, the hotel staff were utterly overwhelmed. Our room wasn't ready at the usually scheduled time or even at the _revised_ scheduled time, despite the disappearance of our bags at the hands of the valets, so we got transferred over to the next available room about an hour after the revised scheduled time. Bed was amazingly soft, but the sheets had holes in them. Breakfast was pretty good -- omlettes were a specialty -- but overall value was dodgy. Darling Harbor is a great place for the first-time tourist to stay, though; the red city tour bus can get you from Darling Harbor to the Circular Quay which should give you enough to stay busy in Sydney for a few days (so the location is decent enough).

Excellent location and extremley helpful and friendly staff. The food was good. The only downside whilst we were there in April where the roadworks outside the hotel, otherwise excellent.

Location,location,location, can't beat it . Personnel and service were beyound reproach. Will definately stay there again if the oppertunity arises
