My daughter brought her beloved teddy bear along on our trip. The teddy bear disappeared from our hotel room. The staff at the hotel either stole the bear, or they carelessly gathered the bear up with the laundry for washing. The Assistant Housekeeper and the Manager on duty did nothing to apologise for either the dishonesty or the carelessness of their staff, but instead, asked to search my bag! I was so insulted. My daughter was in tears, and there was no service recovery on the part of the hotel, nor even an acknowledgement of fault on their part. I will never stay in this hotel again!

Royal park hotels location is very good for going to china,to kowloon. very easy to get to the rail system and shopping place new town plaza. the service & room was very good .Visited shatin its beautiful place,went to Asra indian restaurant for indian eatry & enjoyed a lot.Ruby tuesday in new town plaza is good for dine.
