The location was great as a high class backpackers lodge in such an exclusive serene area; yet within reach of Orchard road. Enjoyed the well equipped facilities at chill out room very much. Also enjoyed the nearby fabulous pub in "Wild Oats".

friendly staff, clean and comfortable environment :) though it's a small place located in a hilltop-like location,i'd still stay there on my next singapore trip!

As advertised, this place is no-frills budget accomodation at the same time as being clean and 'trendy'. However, it isn't great value for money. You can get the same facilities (and more) for a fraction of the price elsewhere. And I couldn't help feeling that the whole environmentally friendly thing of not changing towels and sheets regularly etc, was just an excuse for being stingy! The location and the service are good, but if it really is budget accomodation that you need, look elsewhere.
