NEVER AGAIN !!!
Beware of this Hotel. We were there one night and charged for a wine spill that we Did not Do!! ($150.00) We left at 5:55 AM that morning to run the Dallas White Rock Marathon and the Housekeeper says we spilled wine!! We do not drink!! Our Discover card took the charge off twice and put it back on twice. Discover even told me from now on , before I check out to make sure and have them come and inspect the room and clear it before I leave!!! THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED !!! THEY ARE SCAMMING GUESTS !!!!!

Paper thin walls
This hotel's photos and description make it sound like it's in a nice part of town. It kind of is. Next door is an abandoned hotel, across the street massage parlor and trashy looking bar/hamburger place that looks abandoned as well. This is not all it's hyped up to be. The rooms are comfortable, service was good, breakfast was good. The problem is the shady location and the paper thin walls. You can hear everything from your neighbors laughing and talking to alarms going off at 3 and 4 am. Anything going on in the hall is going to be heard as well. We had to switch rooms at 11pm because of this and then alarms went off at 3 and 4 am for early risers.

Misleading
My company recently signed on with this hotel. I did not get the corporate rate, I was told that our companies rate was sold out for the dates I wanted. Whatever that means.. This hotel is across the street from a slezy massage parlor.. The food in the restaurant is horrible and there is nothing in walking distance. The Bar is small and the bartender was extremely rude!! When I asked the Director of Sales if I could get my companie contracted rate , she would not even return my calls. I hope to god my company switches hotel because I am never staying her again!!!

GREAT
This hotel exceeded our expectations of cleanliness and quietness. The value was also extremely reasonable and beds were fine. Plenty of supplies for a room of four women.

What a horrible place to stay
I reserved a room at this hotel primarily because of the fact that I was told that the hotel provided shuttle to the American Airline Center. I made it very clear on reservation, that I needed shuttle service, and I asked the hotel representative to please double check the information about shuttle service before I completed my reservation. The hotel representative checked and responded that there would be a shuttle at the hotel available to me.

Pales in Comparison to Wyndham Anatole just down the street
This is actually an older discount hotel that was purchased by Wyndham - the name "Wyndham" on the hotel is misleading since the property has not been renovated or updated to reflect the superior quality of other Wyndham locations including the Anatole which is in view of this location. Very small rooms, no valet parking (at least not available at night when we checked in), and small meeting facilities. If you are looking for a Wyndham in Dallas, head straight to the Wyndham Anatole (and be sure to check out the spa on site).
