This hotel only cost us 400pounds for a 2 week stay for a family of 4 so we wern't expecting a lot but in fact we were overjoyed when we saw our room and even happier when we arrived down the following morning to have breakfast and discovered it was included with the price! this hotel is in a great location with mainly friendly staff and at our time of stay very clean! (27/7/07)the pictures on the internet really are of the actual standard of the rooms, we wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

management staff extremely unhelpful, always to busy to speak to, or just did not care, when trying to contact sales department regarding our group, woman very unprofessional and abrupt in manner, seemed overwhelmed or understaffed, but not my problem, no issues were ever fixed in regards to wrong room type given at checkin, meeting space not set up properly at beginning of meeting and bacis lack of knowledge from entire staff which reflects on management training. Not your typical Hampton Inn, at least as i know it.. Need to brush up on customer service skills, especially managers

my husband and i took our 8yr old son to the hampton . The hotel staff were second to none . The hotel was very clean . Breakfast was a great start to the day . Location was very peaceful as well as being very close to all the attractions of international drive . We liked it so much we booked again for the following year to return with more members of our family .

The hotel is was undergoing major refurbishment whilst we were staying there. This was being done very efficiently, quietly and to extremely high standards. We would return there without hesitation. The staff (especially Brenda on reception) were most helpful and would put themselves out to deal with any queries either large or small. Lovely hotel!
