What a great stay I had at the Crowne Plaza Denver. From the moment I walked in to the comfortable lobby to the moment I left, everything was great. I've never slept in a more comfortable bed. I had my door open for me and my luggage handled by a Hotel Manager. When I asked why he was doing this, he replied "just making you comfortable". That is service. The rates we paid were very competative for downtown Denver. Free internet, coffee bar, cellphone charger, outdoor pool, location. Will definately recommend.

The service we recieved at this Crowne Plaza was horrible. We went to Denver for the first time and were shocked at how this hotel was operated. We were not allowed to leave our rooms or go on the elevators with any beverages (alcoholic or not). We were then told that our rooms would be searched between 3 and 5 everyday!! I have never been treated in such a way. When we called customer service to complain, they told us they have a right to do whatever they want and if we did not like it, we could leave. I will never visit a Crowne Plaza again!!!!!

The service was terrible from the arrival throughout the entire stay. When we arrived they put 4 people in a 1 bed room (didn't the computer tell them the room only had 1 bed). At least one elevator was down the whole time we were there. On our last day we had some of the people that were staying longer so they were going to move 1 person into that room the front desk called at 4:30 in the morning to take care of this (EXCUSE ME 4:30 AM TO MOVE A PERSON INTO ANOTHER ROOM) Our stay was very unplesant.

Stoped in after an afternoon Rockies game for a drink with my husband. Bartender was very very rude to my husband. There was a group of three women sitting at a table in the lounge area and my husband and my self over heard this bartender repedly making vulgar comments to a kitchen employee who was also in the lounge area regarding these women's bodies. I slipped over to their table and informed them of what was going on and they were very upset. Stay away from this place.

Upon arrival to this hotel the first thing you notice once inside is the fact that it is filthy. It also has a very pungent amonia type smell to the lobby. The two females behind the check in desk tell me that it will be a few minutes wait,(so they can finishing discussing who's time it is to go on a break). This exchange lasts for several minutes. I end up with a woman named "Nicole" assuming she was wearing her correct name tag. She was one of the rudest people i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She was very unsure of everything that i inquired about not to mention very "snooty".

This is supposed to be a recently renivated hotel? You would never know by looking at it inside, outside or from any angle, it is a complete DUMP-OLA!!! Big hudge roach's all over every where. Dirty towels, sheets, comforters, stained carpets and non working elevators. The restaurant is even worse if you can imagine. The plate they served me had a big booger ( i kid you not) on the edge! It was horrible place! I am lucky i did not get sick. Never again!!

the people were very professional and the hotel was very clean. I would return again without a doubt. The room was nice and spacious. I very much enjoyed the location. The room was also very well stocked and kept clean daily. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

dirty room. the carpet was dirty and bad. the remote control didn't work. toilet didn't flush at all. a noisy a/c in the room. there was no towel or hand towel that was cleaned. i wouldn't stay here!

I liked everything about the hotel the service, the courtesy of the employees and the food service in the resturant. All the people in the roomservice everything was wonderful. It was a great stay next time I visit Denver I will definitely stay in the Holiday Inn Denver downtown. Thank you for a pleasant evening.
