Not only did they screw up the reservation and not have the room type I had reserved TWO MONTHS in advance, they also had the audacity to tell me that my room was not yet clean - even tho I was checking in at 4:30 PM! And to add insult to injury i was supposed to stay 4 nights and they told me that after the first night I would have to change rooms. When I asked to speak to a manager the clerk called him, he would not even come to the desk! And then when I told him I was displeased he HUNG UP on me! What an awful experience - I will NEVER return to a "Lexington" hotel

I tried calling the front desk to ask a question and the woman who answered was extremely rude. I was told that she was "too busy". She did not offer to put me on hold or transfer me to someone else who could help. I would never stay at an establishment that treated their paying customers in such a rude manner.

I have stayed here at least 5 times in the last 2 years, however my visit in Oct. 2006 was horrible. The room was NOTHING like what I selected online. Finally got moved to a more acceptable room. Eating dinner in the bar the first night took over an hour to receive our food. Then when I got home and WROTE the Manager telling her of my horrible stay at her motel, she didn't care!! She wrote me back saying you cannot always get what you ask for when you book online. Well, that is odd because I have booked trips, motels, etc. online for NINE YEARS and have always got the room I requested.

I'm going to qualify my review with the fact that I have Diamond status at Hilton, and Gold with Starwood. I travel about 300 days a year, and have stayed at all variety of hotels all over the world. After my stay at this Best Western, I will probably never stay at any Best Western again as this is in my 20 years of business travel the worst hotel experience ever.

The room was big and nicely furnished--lots of lights, which made it comfortable for reading. Temperature control was easy to use, also.

The hotel was very enjoyable and the service was awesome. I came all the way from michigan to check out pheonix and everyone at the hotel was willing to help me out and show me a good time. My body and I actually ended up hanging out with a few of the people that worked there and they showed us around town and showed us a good time...the hotel has everything you need,including a shuttle from the airport and a lot of other places...definately wroth the money

It was a really nice relaxing place and the service was verry friendly. I enjoyed my stay in Phoenix.
