This was my first time in Europe and I stayed at this hotel by myself. The people are very friendly! One woman even spoke 18 different languages fluently. It was great to listen to her. When my airport shuttle was late, the front desk made all the calls for me. The hotel is a little out of the way of all the sites (on the south end of the Buda side), but public transport is only a block away. Budapest is so easy to get around that it really didn't matter.
