AFTER A RESERVATION SNAFU...AN ALTERNATE SATISFACTORY ROOM WAS FOUND. THE STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL, ESPECIALLY WITH ASSISTANCE IN FINDING PRIVATE CAR TRANSPORTATION AT REASONABLE RATES. THE ROOMS WERE SMALL BUT VERY CLEAN WITH ALL THE NECESSARY AMENITIES. BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT.

Price was good, room was clean. What makes this a bad place is I left my camera in the room after checkout and housekeeping didnt turn it in. Management wouldnt do anything and I lost a lot of pictures of my holiday no to mention the camera it self

The room had good facilities i.e. tea/coffee making facilities, shower, and t.v. The hotel is in a excellent position... (read more)

location is great if visiting earls court, just a minuet's walk away, which was ideal for the concert we went to see.... (read more)

From the web site one do not get an idea of the size of the room (quad) and I was surprise by how small it was.... (read more)
