Great location.Great service. This hotel may be considered a 3-Star hotel at best, but the service and hospitality is unmatched. Within walking distance of historical sites. Transportation from the airport/hotel and back was a breeze. Langauge barrier was a challenge but easily conquered by english-speaking bell-hops. Very clean hotel and very quick service. This hotel is a keeper.

What I like about this hotel was its location. it was within a walking distance to a lot of places, my husband and I enjoy the walking especially in the afternoon after dinner. Also the room was very clean and comfortable. we definitive will stay at this place on our future trip to Guadalajara.

The staff are really friendly and the AC is great in the summer. Also, the Hotel is centrally located.
