Will return again
Likes... They let us do an early check in.The hotel lobby and room was clean and comfortable. The location and price was good, our room deal had tickets to the wax museum. Hotel lounge and resturant food was very good. All staff was nice. I would return and recommend to others.

Would not go back
small rooms with old tv, tiny bathroom you had to squeeze into. dirty, holes in the sheets, bathroom mat was dirty, and the entire floor smelled. Internet connection is very flaky.

Nice Hotel
I stayed at this hotel recently for my birthday and it is a very nice hotel. The staff was extra friendly. I don't know what the other person was talking about when they said the staff was rude. Anyway my room was very clean and neat. We had nine people in one room and didn't get any complaints from other people or security except for when he knocked on our door and said "You wanna lock that door" but it was open because my friend left it open for my other friends. We got free breakfast and everything. This hotel has top security. If you come in the hotel after 11:30 you have to page the front desk just to let you end, but this wasn't a problem. The only thing I did not like was the parking. It was hard to find a parking spot but it was in DC there are not good parking spots on the street. You had to pay $28 to park your car in the little underground garage. Other than that I love my stay at this hotel and won't mind staying there again!!!

Rude staff, locks are junk
The staff at this location is very rude and said inappropriate things to our companions who were newlyweds. To top it off the service at the counter is incredibly slow.

great Holiday Inn
I frequent this hotel often when doing work in the DC area. It is located in an urban residental area. If you enjoy walking, there's lots of shopping and places to go about 5-6 blocks to the south. Don't bring a car to this hotel, they stiff you for $15 a night for parking in an extremely tight, dingy underground parking garage! I didn't need to tell you that anyways, because bringing a car into Washington DC is stupid anyways! There's plenty of taxicabs around, along with bus service, and a subway station about 5 blocks to the south.

Definitely a Schwarzenegger (I'll be back!")
Really enjoyed my stay. Location very good, six blocks to the White House but plenty of cabs available if one isn't a walker. Hotel parking garage not an inconvenience as I was led to believe when searching for a place to stay. Pool on the roof a nice touch, kids especially seem to love it.

This place had a great pool. But it was better than a pool, it was a roof top pull, so it came with a great view. I would recommend this hotel cuz of the great service and the fact that they have a starbucks express in it. So you should go to this hotel and have a blast.

Service was okay. Suites were awesome, yet a little worn down. Good food from the restaurant. Did not have an indoor pool. Overall, it was okay.

Almost Excellent
Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Metro and the White House were within walking distance. From the Metro you can get almost anywhere. Lincoln Memorial is a walk from the hotel but other than a cab seems to be the best way to get there. Because of the location downtown there isn't a lot of places to eat. Hotel dining room was quiet, food was good but pricey. Ordered a pizza from room service that upset both of our stomachs, don't think that the crust was cooked enough. That's the reason for not rating excellent. Would stay again but would avoid the pizza.

Great Place to Stay
We took the train up to DC and arrived at the hotel early and they were wonderful and gave us our room immediately, the room was very clean a little small with a king size bed, but nicely decorated. We were within 1 block to the bus, taxi station across the street, Metro 4 blocks away. The service we received was wonderful, from room service to smiles on all employees that we saw. It was a wonderful experience and will stay there again when we go back this summer with my dad..
