Recently renovated, so everything nice and clean! Away from the city area, not suitable if you want to do shopping.Most Malay and Muslim crowd. Staff quite pleasant, service not bad. Their morning breakfast is quite good. Would go there again!

we stayed at Seri Pacific for 3 nights, 4 days with family. room rate is good, value for money, staffs are very helpful, dynamic.location is a bit far from city center, but taxi is available all the time.hope to stay here again and again

Been staying in many 4 and 5 stars hotel around KL. Each hotel has its own specialty. I love the Best western KL. Stayed there for 4 nights and that was in 2008 and it was my 4th stay . You see, that was not so often and i still love it. The receptionist was helpful, wherever i met the hotel staff, be it in the foyer or elevator, i was made to feel so welcomed. Eventhough the shopping Mall across was not so good, i would still return to stay in pan pacific KL. I hope there are better malls like the ones they have in Midvalley, Bukit Bintang or KLCC just across. Keep it up Best western!

The hotel was full due to a big conference taking place next door which meant that the foyer etc was always very overcrowded. The room needed decorating and new fixtures and fittings, especially the carpet which was dirty and had three holes in it. The wiring also need attention in places. Although there were two of us, the towels, soap, shampoo etc were for just one person. The mini bar had been totally emptied and was refilled on the night before we left. The breakfast buffet selection was substantially reduced due to the conference, although staff did find me a yoghourt when asked but it was really just a choice of toast, plain rolls or an egg. The staff were helpful but the conference took priority and other guests were not important. The pool area was good but we were the only ones there. The Japanese restaurant was good and we enjoyed our meal. The hotel did not deserve its rating and I would rate it as three star at the very most. It really needs a total refurbishment.

Place is good but the service is so bad. We were two people but every night I had to call and ask for another towel.

I really liked the place , forst it was convivent b/c it was almost in the airport, second the food was awesome the service was excellent The staff was courteous .They even has a salon which provided service like nails , massage , and faical Inshort i would love to go back and stay at the same place .

We stayed at Pan Pacific for 6 days. The service is excellent and staffs are very helpful. Breakfast is great. I have my elderly mother travel with me and she does not drink coffee and tea and I requested for Horlicks. Not a problem. We stay at the tenth floor and from our room we have a nice view. Although the hotel is quite a distance from the city center, the LRT is within walking distance, Tourist Information Center is just around the corner of the hotel in the PWTC building.Putra Mall is just across the street of the hotel.

The staff were fantastic - very helpful. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The only problem was that the hotel is quite a way from the city centre - we used taxis quite a lot.

It`s amazing how a dynamic Hotel Team , like the Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur, being so busy, can focus on delivering such Personalized Service and Hospitality in elegant settings for just the 2 of us !!!
