Would not stay again
Recently stayed at Copley Place. Found it to be overpriced, they charge for internet in room ($13/day) or in business center ( 0.60/min) when it's not out of service. Closest internet is approximately 4 blocks away (0.25/min). Food was overpriced-go to the Food Court in the mall attached if you want a reasonablely cheap meal, not overly helpful staff and some can be quite rude. No hotel shuttle and if using the general hotel shuttles, be careful, the prices change and they don't run on a consistent basis. Taxi's charge anywhere from $25-$41 per trip to the airport.

bad experience with accounting staff
good location. be careful of not leaving any balances with them. The person concerned with the accounts is least cooperative and very rude. You can never reach the person on the phone as the person is always on the lunch break any tme you call and leaving voice mails wont help as u will never get the call back. Had hardest time getting my money back. Wont stay in the hotel again.

Excellent Hotel in an Excellent Location
I stayed here for 4 nights while I toured Boston. The hotel is in an excellent location--on the trolley stops and across the street from the Prudential Center. There are many excellent restaurants and stores within walking distance. The nearest T station is about 4 blocks away. My hotel room was spotless, and the other hotel areas were extremely clean as well. I did not require much interaction with the staff, but when I did they were courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Disgusting for the price
I was hoping that I would be able to enjoy my time at the Marriott however, after we attended our Women of Faith conference at the Garden we were looking forward to getting some rest after our long day and knowing that we had a long day on Saturday. When we came back to the hotel my sister got into her bed only to find a WOMEN'S THONG in her bed. We were both disgusted and then I climbed into my bed approaching cautiously after her discovery only to find what looked to be MEN'S HAIR (pubic) in my bed. At 1 AM we just need to get to sleep because we needed to get to our conference early in the morning. It was distgusting knowing that the sheets are not being changed at the hotel. I went down to the desk the next day and informed them of the problems and they assured me that they would have someone change the sheets. No one gave us any discount on this disgusting room.

Would not stay again?
The hotel was in a good location but was not worth the money. There was cold air coming out of the vent that was suppose to be heat. It was about 20 degrees out so it was very cold. There was no hot water which I found out as I was taking a shower, when called front desk they said they were aware of this for several hours but didn't inform anyone. But the worse was the blood stain on the sheets on the bed my 8yrs old was sleeping in. I will stay in one of the many hotels near by the next time I visit Boston.

location was perfect
The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

Heavenly beds
Great place to stay - close to two subway stations. It has wonderful bedding - extremely comfortable. The hotel is connected to two shopping areas which is great for food ( Cheesecake Factory very reasonable), late night lounge has entertainment and if the weather turns bad you still have somnewhere to go. If the weather is cool you can walk many places - otherwise the subway will get you to almost everywhere you want to go. Recommend a cab home from the theater district if it is late.

Early Check-in Rocks
Good location. Nice linens and bed. Best was they let me check in at 7am. Felt like I got two days for one price. I made a late reservation so it cost me a lot.

The place where you canmeet friends
It was a great place for TMG to take me because it was easy for all the "friends" to meet us. Was a blast and exhaustive time. I was walking funny for a week due to all the work we had gotten done.
