I really liked the location of the hotel. The hotel has access to major destinations, shopping, restaurants and Walgreens Pharmacy. BUT, upon check-in my assigned room smelled like smoke. I requested another room and the hotel staff (male) assigned me to a room one floor down that also smelled like someone had smoked before leaving. I spoke with the hotel manager and she stated that, "the room should not have been given to you because this room is known for being used by smokers. I wanted to change hotels but the manager offered me a larger room on the top floor that did not smell like smoke.

This was the best stay. The breakfast was unbelievable. We arn't talking about muffins and Toast. They make Eggs and Pancakes to order. They will even make you an Omelet with anything in it you want. Then in the evening they have a Managers reception with top shelf alchol and nonalcholic beverages as well. From the time you get out of your car to the time you get to your room you are greeted. When we left we were told to have a nice day upon returning we were told Welcome Back. The staff is very attentive to your every need. I say this is the place in Orlando. Very Convient to all Parks

Embassy Suites South on I-Drive has the perfect location: 10 minutes from Disney World and 5 minutes from Sea World. Close to tons of restaurants too. The free breakfast is great, with lots more choices than expected. The two-room suites are the best, travelling with a little boy, we appreciated not having to turn in when he did and having some time to ourselves in the separate living room. The first room we were given had a very loud creaking sound everytime the elevator was being operated. But the front desk was very responsive and moved us immediately. Housekeeping was average. Indoor pool was great, especially since it rained one day of our trip. Outdoor pool was good too, but a bit small. We would definitely stay there again.

From the parking lot, to the lobby, to our spacious room, we were welcomed with smiles and hellos.
