Stayed there for 4 nights and was offered the best service from front desk to housekeeping. On our anniversary night they delivered a complimentary romance package (wine, fruit & cheese) to our room and left a nice notecard to congratulate us. How awesome!

As soon as you arrive you are treated as a welcomed guest. Staff offer sincere smiles, along with casual conversation, and provide helpful information on current events and places of interest in the city. The dining room staff are especially pleasant and the service is excellent. The chefs were able to adapt the menu to my dietary needs.

I just came back from a conference at the Hotel for 5 days. During my stay at the hotel I got 11 Bug bites from their hotel room and bed. When I reported the problem, they changed my room and were not very responsive and only offered to change my room. Later when I spoke to their second shift manager he claimed that they had looked and found nothing. Bed bugs are very small and can not be found by looking around. They charged me full price and in my opinion have the worst customer service. I am now on antibiotics and have been told the spots can stay for a year. I represented a corporation while attending the conference and will make sure no one from our company attends their hotel.

Being a road warrior, I have to say this is best place I have stayed so far. The westin chain is awesome..clean, quiet, their restaurants are packed with good food. Most of all the rooms are all outfitted with comfortable "heavenly" beds...you will enjoy a good night's rest.

We found the room, food and service to be outstanding. It's also in a great location, seemed to be close enough to everything. However, the airport is a decent distance away not only from this hotel but the general downtown area of Calgary.

I have visited many hotels and The Westin Calgary has been the best experience no questions asked. An absolutely awesome experience! The food in their Owl's Nest Dining room was top notch and I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to go there. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable and the bed was heavenly. I have been to a couple of events that have been held at the Westin Calgary and it was very well done. The service was excellent. The only problem that I had was that I was not a kid. Kids get so many great things including an entertainment package. There are many perks to having been at the Westin. Thank you so much guys.
