I have never been a wonderful hotel like Hilton Singapore. I am very pleased with the services here and friendly and lovely people. I wish I have chance to come back this beautiful hotel.

We stayed at here several times. THe staff were so friendly and helpful. Service was fantastic. I love the location, its walking distance to shopping centres and eateries. Easy to get around. Highly recommended!!!

We thought we'd treat ourselves to a 5 Star experience and ended up drawing the conclusion that the Hilton continues to survive on the strength of past reputation rather than quality of experience.Rooms are small and outdated - grubby grout, dull decor etc. There were no suitable lounge facilities for use while we awaited taxi. The pool area is appalling for a hotel of this rating.Shoddy furnishings amidst scraps of artificial turf surround a small pool. Very grim indeed. The breakfast they got right.Overall, we were disappointed and have stayed in much more welcoming 4 star hotels. I understand they are in the process of redecoration - the sooner the better - but we'll leave The Hilton off our list next time.

The location of the hotel is perfect... the staff nice. Had a really great experience at the Harbour Grill!!! The french Chef is wonderful. Can t wait to come back

The Hilton Singapore does not seemed to reward Hilton Diamond members. I was not given any room upgrade nor access to the Executive Lounge even though I was a Diamond member and had personally spoken to the Hotel manager.

hilton singapore have a great talented chef whom done a great bbq food, the food is great especially grilled squids with secret recepi.
