I must say we got into Singapore very early at 4am in the morning and expected to have to wait till 3pm to check in. A very helpful girl on reception named Diah was magnificent, within 2 hours she kindly upgraded us and let us check into an Executive Room to which we received buffet breakfast. Very grateful and extremely happy with the upgrade. Had a fabulous 3 day stay and can't wait to go back.

The location was great for my daughters and I. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road and has a very tranquil setting with Clark Quay behind the hotel. It's very cheap and easy getting to the city centre. We had a tight schedule and could only spend 3 days there - I wish we had more time. The pool area is divine with beautifully landscaped greenery.

I was there for only a short while, accompanying my guy friend frm Brunei.. The staffs were excellent i must say...but the slamming of doors, esp. early in the morning was ... unexpected (i meant early in the morning...hw can i sleep after that)..

This is one of the few hotels that I have ever stayed at where the staff is actually one of the major reasons to go back there. I could write pages on how wonderful the staff is at the executive lounge- personalized attention, friendly, attentive. The hotel has called me in the US to check if my stay was good and if I have suggestions for improvements.

Stayed with friends here for 9 nights October 05. Two major construction sites happening around the Hotel. One opposite main entrance and one slightly to one side overlooking the river. THere were times our taxi couldn't get into the Hotel entry as it was blocked by cement delivery trucks or other delivery trucks.

We stayed here before leaving for our honeymoon. Pool was great. Room very comfy and staff were very helpful.

Just besides Clarke Quay and the hotel is like a resort. Very nice!
