Back to Sheraton Baltimore City Center Hotel Good Stay. Good hotel at decent price. Room was clean and front desk was helpful. Valet staff was incompetent, so go with the self-parking. Lots of noise from the street, but overall a pretty good stay.
Reviewed by: demondeac from on Oct 12 2009 Pleasant, modern rooms, but bring earplugs! Pros: Beautiful, modern room in southwest tower. Clean, comfortable bed. Broad selection of pillows. Starbucks coffee in room. Pleasant, efficient staff. Logical division of hotel into quadrants to eliminate the overwhelming feeling of large, impersonal hotels. Crisp HD plasma, though of the limited 20 channels, at least 10 - including ABC, CNN, CBC and NBC - never worked throughout the 3-day stay (black screen). Good soundproofing between rooms. Nice location for inner harbor and Camden Yards.

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Apr 26 2009 I will be back. I stayed at the Sheraton Center City during the Presidential Inauguraton. Although the hotel was very busy, I found the staff to be most helpful and patient.
Reviewed by: LaTeah from on Apr 08 2009 Wouldnt go to the Steakhouse All of the other service was wonderful. But there was a few particular employees of the steakhouse that seem to have issues with Soldiers. I (along with my unit) just returned from Iraq and had to deal with a worker who wrote up a report of complete lies about a few of the Soldeirs to try to get us reprommanded. Fortunately, they were unable to do so because of witnesses. Also these workers called other Soldiers very rude and awful names. Along with asking very innappropriate questions to the returning vets. As a Soldier, I would never come to this hotel.
Reviewed by: candace from on Mar 23 2009 Nice accomodations I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton while attending a conference. I had a corner King Suite in the North Tower that was very clean and comfortable. The traffic to get to the hotel was awful though. I would stay here again due to it's close proximity to Inner Harbor.
Reviewed by: Brad W from on Aug 28 2008 Awesome Mini-vacation Our experience was absolutely awesome! From the moment we stepped out of the rain and into the lobby we were enchanted. Janese Jones at check in could not have been more friendly or energetic. We had a lovely room overlooking a park-like setting, room service was great (they even checked via phone to ensure all was well), the bed was very comfortable and check out was easy. While we were only in residence overnight, it felt like we had been away for days. We were made to feel welcome and served throughout our stay. We are looking forward to going back.

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Feb 10 2008 No Sleep On the advice of others on this site, my hubby and I asked for a room in the North tower. If that is updated, I would hate to see the South tower! There were holes in the wall! The bathroom was nice, but not enough counter space (the usual for a Sheraton!) At 6:30 am precisely a jack hammer began tearing concrete right outside our window. It continued until we checked out at noon. All through the night we got to hear sirens- police, ambulance, fire trucks. The only good thing about this place is the concierge (very helpful) and the lobby- it was pretty. O, and on top of all this, there was no free wireless internet (or wired for that matter) It costs $10.00 to connect to their internet! I have never heard of such. I stayed at a Comfort Inn immediately after the Sheraton and they had a full spread of breakfast and high speed internet ---BOTH of which were free! :-) Maybe the Sheraton should take some lessons from the Comfort Inn
