Noise Issues, Poor Customer Service
If you’re looking for a quiet room – you might want to look elsewhere. I had an awful experience coupled with even worse customer service that has resulted in going out of my way (and for my employees) to avoid all Westin properties.

Great Hotel!
My husband and I stayed here this weekend for a week away from the military base. The hotel was great! The bed is amazingly comfortable and the bathroom is probably the best hotel bathroom ever! The double massaging shower head is awesome and so is the extra long tub. And there is a LOT of counter space.

Expensive.
The room was very nice, although we were put in a different room than we were told, and we were charged a more expensive price for a lesser quality room. They put us in the right room, but still charged us more. Also, we were not told that we would have to pay $18 to park. Just letting everyone know what to expect, since it is not explained by the staff.

Favorite Hotel!
We absolutely love to stay at this hotel. You could throw a rock and hit the baseball stadium and the metra train stops right at your doorstep.

I do not want to go back
The Westin is not what I expected. It was a nice hotel but for the money I spent, I was dissapointed that I had to pay more which over the limit. When I first arrived, I had to put a $50 deposit down on the room in addition to the original cost of the room. I did not know anything about this deposit and was not informed about it when I made reservations over the phone. What if I did not have the $50. Then when my boyfriend and I went to the room, there was a refrigerator that needed a key to it and to obtain that, we were told we had to put a $150 deposit down. We had to get room service to get a refrigerator that had no lock or charge connected with it. There was no microwave. We had to pay for every local phone call. Basically I am saying is that this hotel is expensive to begin with and they did not even have the basics that most inexpensive hotels have such as the Drury Inn. Unless you plan on spending more than you paid for the room itself, such as $200-$300 more, I suggest that bring extra money or do not come at all because you will feel like you have been sucked dry with your money.

I would stay here just for the bed and the comfort! The "heavenly" beds are the best bed I have ever slept in!
