My 9 year old son and I stay at this hotel because we are within walking distance to two homes of our friends who live close by. We usually take the Deluxe rooms but sadly each time, something in the room does not work and of course, always the air conditioning is musty. Perhaps a humidity issue. In addition, while the hotel is undergoing renovations and hammering is a constant sound beginning at 7 am, I truly feel the rates should have been slashed by 50%.

Staff were very mechanical and without personality very unlike the rest of Dominican Republic.

ACs don't work properly. Rooms are humid inspite of AC. Service is good.
