“Large suites -- Hidden fees.”
We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into a hotel room that had two queen-sized beds – each in a separate bedroom and each with its own television. Even though we didn’t take advantage of it, the kitchenette was also big and would allow anyone to create a great family meal. But there were a few drawbacks to this hotel. When we made the reservation for four, we were not told that there would be an extra fee for our adult son. Evidently, the price I was quoted over the phone for a one-night stay covered two adults only (me and my husband) because when we arrived, we were told that the hotel’s policy is that an extra $20 is charged for each, additional adult. Also, although there is a covered carport, the stalls are very narrow and hard to maneuver – especially if you’re driving a van. Finally, even though the clerk was very friendly, he did not offer us any assistance or follow-up on our complaint that the toilet’s flushing capacity was extremely low. Is there a plumber in the house?

We're comming back soon
This place had very friendly service, it was in a convinient location to the Pacific Coliseum and we enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

UP ALL NIGHT
Doors slamming all night, called front desk several times, they did nothing. Talked to manager in the morning he was going to refund 50% of the room. He did not do this until I returned to Vancouver 4 months later and confronted him at the front desk. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone!

It is a good place to stay
We stay 3 nights and the front desk service is great and helpful. The location is a little off downtown but price is more reasonable. ^_^
