Apart from the size of the hotel room (still bigger than your typical Yotel found in Japan), this hotel offers very good service and mostly importantly, it's minutes away from the 'Marble Arch' station and walking distance from Bond Street, Hyde Park among other popular places.

It's not that the service was particularly bad, in fact, the staff were quite friendly and in many cases quite helpful (helped saw off a strong lock on one of our bags after we misplaced the keys). It's just that the hotel had some serious communication issues (bags took forever to come up, initially had to pay for an extra night in which the hotel was overbooked in the first place, among others.)
