Back to Hilton Phoenix Airport Poor service, smoke filled room We did not have a good expereince at this Hilton. When we walked into our room it was very smokey (non-smoking room) and there was a big cigarette burn in the couch. They fixed the problem by having housekeeping come up and spray a can of air-freshener into the carpet and all over the room. Yuk.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Mar 03 2008 Great business hotel Very nice hotel for business travelers - very few kids. Great rooms with very comfortable beds. Beautiful pool area, good fitness center - nice lobby and common areas. The restaurant had good food with very reasonable prices. The only downside was a per minute charge to use the business center computers.

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Sep 21 2005 Hilton Phoenix Airport Attended a conference here and stayed 2 nights. For the purpose this hotel was very nice and service was above average. Each day the hotel stationed a manager/expeditor in the lobby to quickly address any questions or probelms from guests. Nice touch, as so many hotel staff spend more time talking with each other than guests. Food was good, room newer and clean. Close to ASU, airport and a short ride to downtown.
