An Event w/ friends
I stayed in the hotel, but my event was on the other side in the Grand. I liked how they have walk way built so that you will not have to travel outside to the next buliding. The Grand was breath taking and so was the service, to young ladies pleased me very much Sunday and Keica. All hotels should have workers like the Grand.

nice hotel but don't drive
The hotel was very clean. The rooms were great. The restaurant(TUG's) was great. The only problem was parking. Valet was $25/day. The garage next door was $15 per 24 hrs but, if you were out late, the garage closed the gates & you are forced to use the hotels valet or beg them to let you in the garage. Also, if you had to leave very early & you were parked in the garage, you had to get someone to let you in to be able to get out. Downtown Baltimore is not a very driver friendly city when it comes to parking.

A great place to stay
I have been meaning to write this review a while ago. We stayed with a large group of people going to a sox game. The reviews were correct in saying that is a little walk to the stadium, but it's not overbareing for younger people. The staff however was GREAT. We found out they had a bus avaible. The driver was more than accomdating. They even arraged to get our bags to the airport so we didn't have to carry them around all day. I can not say engough about the staff. The rooms thems selves were huge. the pull out beds were very comfotable. As a large group we couldn't have found a better room, It was almost a condo. We were able to get our own floor. Everything very clean.

Never again!
We checked out and requested the valet (which we paid $25 for!) to bring our car around. We waited approximately fifteen minutes. When our care arrived, there was a deep scratch and dent on the side. "Security" came out and refused to take responsibility for the damage. They tried to say that it was already there. We contacted our insurance company and obtained copies of all their paperwork. We are now in the process of contacting the corporate office. After a fun night in Baltimore, we were left with real disappointment.

Rooms nowhere near as nice as the lobby!
The entrance & lobby are very nice. The bar & restaurant are highly mediocre. Not bad, not good, although the food was fine.

Never again
Furthest walk to Harbor out of the "Inner Harbor" hotels. Neighborhood didn't seem the safest and other than the Lobby, the rest of the hotel was pitiful. Had to move to a different hotel for the second night.

Not what we expected
Looks nice on the outside and lobby. Room had filthy carpets, one chair and a table,no dresser other than drawers under TV (very small),bathroom is small but room and dressing area are spacey. Clean linens were put on the beds wet! Bellhop and doorman no where to be found when unloading and loading our luggage. Desk clerk didn't tell us about shuttle, told us to call cab (daytime hours). Hotel is in bad area, had street people sleeping on the grass. Valet parking $25.00 per day! Parking garage seperate from hotel $15.00 a day. Extremely disappointed in hotel and service. Was told they had smoking rooms and they DON'T!

A Wonderful Experience
This place is amazing !! From the reservations - the room- the concierge - the staff. All were what I expect from a hotel and more. They even have their own little store downstairs, which is convenient should you choose not to go out for food, snacks etc...The room was capacious and nicely arranged. The hotel offers great special deals too. Whenever I go back to Baltimore, I know where I'm staying.

Great!
I like staying at the Tremont Plaza, Parking was great, the suite was huge and clean and the enviroment was very quiet and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place for friends and family to stay.
