Best Kept Secret in the Grove
Just stayed at the Mutiny. The staff literally falls all over you to help and make your stay the best. I will be back. Keep up the good work Mutiny!

Great Location
We loved the location of the hotel. We could walk to all of the activities in Coconut Grove. We also liked that our family of six could all stay together instead of being split up into separate rooms. The view from our balconies was wonderful. It did take four requests before we got the extra towels we needed and housekeeping could have been more thorough. (The bathroom light fixtures were "fuzzy.") But we would not hesitate recommending this hotel to our friends and would stay there again if we are in MIami.

will go back
Had a great time at The Mutiny. We stay two days and they took good care of us. The room was clean and large. The help were very kind to us.

Will Not Return
The location of the "hotel", now a condo-tel, was very good for our one night visit. Service was decent (except for the valet). If room cleanliness is important, this may not be the hotel for you. However, if being able to sleep is the most important then you definitely want to avoid this hotel. The permanent resident next to our room had obviously installed their home theater surround sound system on the wall adjoining our bedroom. They enjoyed their electronics all night we, unfortunately, did not. I don't know if the walls are extremely thin or if we were fortunate enough to be in the room next to the most inconsiderate resident but in either case I will look for a different place to stay the next time I visit the area.

Can't wait to go back this year
Fantastic location! The staff was so friendly. The concierge was amazing and she gave us outstanding recommendations for dinner. We are looking forward to going back this fall.

We stay here 4 to 5 times/year
As University of Miami football season ticket holders, we travel to Miami several times per year. We always stay at The Mutiny. Excellent value and very friendly staff. Location is great, with excellent views of the water, and right next to the restaurants, clubs and shops of Coconut Grove (no need to drive or taxi). The Mutiny is an all-suite condo hotel (one of the first in Miami, if I'm not mistaken) with excellent amenities, including a very nice pool/whirlpool area and work out facilities. Short drives to Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Little Havana, and South Beach. Parking is valet, but well worth it, given the scarcity of parking in the area (you will be hit with similar if not higher fees in Miami Beach, if the hotel has on-site parking at all). Overall excellent value and a nice place to stay. Will be there for the home opener v. Colorado in about a month!

WOW WHAT A TRIP
THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT...THE BEACH IS IN WALKING DISTANCE. THERE ARE MALLS AND BOUTIQUES IN THE AREA. AS WELL AS DIFFERENT CLUBS FOR NIGHTLIFE AND WEEKEND ACTIVITIES. ALSO IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN THERE IS A PARK ACROSS THE STREET. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. PARKING IS A LIL COSTLY IF YOU USE VALET...BUT YOU CAN PARK IN THE SAME LOT IF YOU ENTER FROM THE SIDE OF THE HOTEL. FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN TO L.A. IT IS LIKE BEING IN MANHATTAN BEACH OR MARINA DEL REY WITH A TOUCH OF SUNSET BLVD AT NIGHT. ITS REALLY COOL!
