Can't wait to come back
What a hotel!!!! Ask for a harbour view room well worth paying the extra the views are fantastic. Beautiful rooms. Perfectly situated for everything. Use the Trolly Bus Hop on Hop off service to get about. Lots to see and do in Vancouver.

Not cheap, but cheap...
While expecting to pay luxury prices for a luxury hotel, I don't expect to be "nickel and dimed" on what should be standard, included services. Having to pay $1.58 per local call and $15/day for "lo-speed" cable internet connection is annoying. Very good hotels charging much less usually include these services in their base rate.

Absolutely Amazing
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and it is absolutely amazing. Extremely clean, plush decor and extremely convenient location. I hate staying anywhere else when I am in Vancouver. In the off season the rates are more reasonable averaging around $200 a night.

you pay for the view
you can see the same view when not in your hotel room, so not sure you need to spend the $ to get it here.

I love to stay there...
Since we were going in a cruise to Alaska, this is a perfect place to stay. The ship is right there. You can make arrangements so your lugagge would go right into the ship without carring it.

Great Hotel
I can just echo what everyone else has to say about the Pan Pacific. My wife and I stayed for a week . The room , view and staff were all great. We went down to the health club to see where it was located and the attendant gave us a tour but as it turned out we had all the exercise we needed walking to Stanley Park , Gastown , restaurants. There wasn't anything to complain about except it rained a couple of days. The peak season rate is a bit high but we stayed in the off season when the rates are lower.

Highly Recommend
I stayed in this hotel for three nights in Aug 07. I was very impressed by the niceness of the staff and their willingness to assist.

Had a great time
My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Pan Pacific hotel and had a very good experience. The view from our room was as good as it looked in the online photos. The room was very clean which is something you don't always get when you stay in hotels. It is located within walking distance to a lot of cool tourist places and it made it easy as we never rented a car. When I called ahead to book the room, the reservation desk and the conceirge were very polite and helpful and were able to accomodate all the extras I wanted to include in our stay. We lost a set of our car keys and they turned up in our room and the staff were great at getting them back to us. We had a great stay and will be back one day again for sure.

just great
great location, view and service. Feel like a million $ in the bed with the best linens and with first class treatment from staff. The breakfast buffet was costly and the food just average but the view was great. Can walk to many places to shop and eat. I did feel safe and special.
