My family was just there last month for 8 days...it was our second time at this resort and it was better the second time around. We took our 2 kids with us for our anniversary and stayed in the Villas again...can't beat the free breakfast and cocktails at night.

We stayed in the Villas. Received a free breakfast and free drinks at happy hour. We were there five days and the breakfast was the same every day. It could have used a little more varity but it was good. Pool area very nice it was not crowed at all. We were there over Thanksgiving. Don't go if you love to get in the ocean. The beach was nice but there are big rocks everywhere at the waters edge (big disapointment to our children age 13 & 11). Food pricing was not too extreme and the quality of the food is average. The place was good for a short family vacation. Swiming in the ocean the only real dissapointment. Only 15 minutes from airport. Airport was very modern and easy to navigate.

Just got back from our first trip to Cancun and glad we stayed at the Hilton. Great pool area and el Kioska has good food at reasonable (for resorts) prices. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful when we needed anything and a short walk to the Avenue let you catch the bus ( about 6-7 pesos) and go most of where you'd want to go. Looking forward to returning.

This hotel is great nice, big rooms great view's right off bus route making it easy for inexpensive travel which means more money to vacation with. Great value for rates pool very large beach okay not swimmer friendly. Will stay here again no regrets and sorry others had a bad stay its all in what you make it.

They try to rip you off as much as possible. They quoted a price in USD and then switched it back to peso at a bad rate then switched it back to USD again to get more money off of you(that I was paying in). I think they must have thought we (americans) are stupid. Food was horrible. The beach was full of rocks you couldn't even swim in it. I guess if you want to swim at the pool and spend lots of money and don't care it could be for you.

This hotel is gorgeous. All rooms have an ocean view and the location is premium. Since Wilma the beach is narrow to non existent up by the Marriots which are about center of the hotel zone. Hilton still has a very nice beach, an amazing view, and is still very convenient to the bus route to get to the action. The staff bent over backwards to help us and give us advice. They even sent a comp bottle of champagne to the room for our 20th anniversay. The breakfast was great and the beachside restaurant was the best. We ate at several restaurants in Cancun the the best meal we had the entire time was at the hotel Mitachi restaurant. Prime rib night was great! We stayed at many premium hotels and this was one of the best. We highly recommend this hotel - you will not be disappointed!

I had reservations at this hotel back in December. The day before I was supposed to travel, a family member of mine had a very bad car accident and ended up in the hospital. As a result I was unable to travel. I called the hotel to cancel my reservation. I was so amazed by the way I was treated over the phone and the costumer service that I received. The staff was so understanding of my situation, they treated me with so much respect, and they helped me tremendously. I was able to cancel my reservation and get my deposit back without any hassle. I am planning another trip to Cancun and I intend to stay at the Hiltons again just so that I can thank all the staff and all their personal at the reservation desk personally.

we like the fact that the pool area is very large. you don"t feel like people are on top of you.The service is great the resturants serve a variety of food . And the beach is second to none,

I stayed at this resort December 2007. The service here was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All the rooms have an ocean view. The linens were clean, the room was fairly clean -- the floor could have been cleaner. I was very satisfied with my stay.
