Made traveling with 9 month old great!
We were traveling with our 9 month old son. When we got to our room, it had a crib set up with colorful bumpers and blankets. There was a stuffed animal and a basket of essentials such as diapers, wipes, shampoos, etc. There was also a tray set up with a cute bowl and spoon set with cheerios and milk. We were so pleased and were instantly put at ease. We had an excellent stay and look forward to going back. Possibly next time without the baby!

I would spend winter, spring, summer, and fall at the 4 seasons!
Simpy the best.. impeccable service! The accomodations are luxurious, the staff is attentive to your every need. What more can you ask for? I would always return to the Four Seasons.

It was grand
I loved everything about this place. The access to the park across the street. We had a room overlooking the park and it was so close to everything you could walk, which is almost a necesity (wow the traffic)

Great location, Better Brunch
We stayed here for a family birthday event and the location proved to be worth it. We could walk to a lot of the Boston attractions, which was nice. There is a new LA Sports Club next door which guests have access to and that was very nice as well. If you stay here, dont miss the Sunday brunch-- it was simply out of this world!

Re: Attitude
Since it seems that you are a regular guest...perhpas you should introduce yourself to the rooms and hotel manager. Explain your concern and then each time you visit ask to speak to them. I gave up on the Ritz. They never responded to any of my concerns. i found that Four Seasons was always willing to listen and understand. Teddy Bear Tea is a great tradition for my family...I hope it will always be one for you and your grand daughter.

attitude
What is it with this hotel. I'm tired of the problems getting Teddy Bear Tea reservations. I call in Sept like they ask then they always give me the run around. When I get there they treat us like cattle. Now they don't have my hotel reservation & I have to pay more to make it again. Can't get a straight answer about a simple food request for my grandaughter. If it wasn't for her loving this outing I would never stay at the Boston Four Seasons. I thought this hotel was suppose to cater to its guests. I get better service at the Holiday Inn.
