Audio Guide

The Guggenheim is admired as much for its architecture as its art. The building was designed by architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The bright white exterior and glass-domed interior combine to give the museum a modern, clean feel. Renovation work, undertaken in the early 1990s, added a 10-story tower; the extra space contains a sculpture collection and a café overlooking Central Park. Exhibits include work by the impressionists Kadinsky, Paul Klee and Picasso.
