Since 1982, this venue, an anchor of Baltimore's midtown cultural district, has hosted symphony orchestras and classical virtuosos from around the world, as well as an eclectic roster of popular entertainers. This is perhaps THE place to hear music in Baltimore. The acoustics are absolutely amazing. The most delicate pianissimos are clearly audible and the fortissimos positively thunder. The hall's interior is gorgeous: there are no sharp corners and every surface is curved.
