This Puerto Rican nouvelle cuisine bistro is located at Calle Cristo and Calle de San Sebastián. Servicing a trendy, upscale local and tourist trade, Amadeus is known for providing excellent food and service at a good price. The walls showcase paintings from local artists, offset by huge mirrors which add an element of elegance. Delicacies include tostones, a double Fried Plantain with Caviar, and fresh pizza with salmon. Desserts include an excellent mango and guava mousse. Appetizers feature buffalo wings and plantain mousse with shrimp.
