When i received the reservation of the hotel and i look at the reviews i was so disappointed.

Overall very nice experience although at times I felt that the staff seemed taxed and the property was at times under staffed for the level of business. I stayed at the hotle in feb. 2005 and was there for five nights.

My room stank from cigarette smoke and my room couldn't be changed because they were overbooked. The tv set was broken. The voice mail system was broken.

Truly enjoyed the staff. Our room was very spacious. Used the gym everyday. Great location for being picked up for tours. Would definitely go back to the same hotel again.

This is not a 4 star hotel... they have only renovated part of the hotel. We were initially put in the old wing and that room barely rated 2 stars... the hangers in the closet could not be removed to hang your clothes, the shower curtain only closed about halfway around... no better than a Motel 6. We complained and were luckily moved to the new wing which was much better but still lacked some of the amenities of a 4 star hotel. There was no clock in either room, making it necessary to call the desk for a wake up call. Also, you have to ask at the front desk for any messages. Lastly, the refridgerator did not work and there was no air-conditioning as advertised. The heating system was not really under our control, either off or sickly hot.

There really wasnt any frills to this hotel. If I go back I would stay here as a last resort. It was way too pricey.
