One of the best spots on the island is the Turtle Beach Bar. The food is some of the best on the island. The conch chowder is served in a large soup plate with bread on the side and is a meal in itself. Conch fritters is another delectable choice; six large fritters are served with a delightful dipping sauce. Also on the menu are great burgers, a flying fish sandwich, barbecued chicken and ribs, steak and salads. Then to top it all off, be tempted by a terrific dessert selection. The blender drinks are a specialty of the house. Try the peanut butter colada. They also have pina colada, strawberry, banana and mango. The bartenders are a joy to watch and will be happy to give you some island history along with your delectable drink. This light, airy establishment is very comfortable. You can come right off the beach and sit at large white tables decorated with local flowers. Every Sunday, from noon to 2p, a buffet lunch is offered and a steel band plays for your enjoyment. It is a happening place and not to be missed.NYC Best Hotel Deals: 50% Savings In New York! Experience New York At It's Finest!JustClickLocal.comAlaska – it’s HOT! This is a fun place to hang out with friends and family. Breathtaking view of Nevis, delicious seafood, see Wilbur the pig and Tarzana the resident monkey. Sunday's is their popular West Indian Buffet. Enjoyed the snorkeling and evening bonfire.
