The greatest staff ever
Recently we stayed at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque. The staff was outstanding. Every time we passed an employee of the hotel they asked if they could assist us. I have never encountered such a genuine staff in all my travels. The guest rooms are spacious and updated. We stay in Albuquerque at least 4 times per year and this was our first stay at Hyatt by far the best stay in 5 years. We will stay at Hyatt Regency Albuquerque for all future stays.

Dirty Hotel
Next time I will stay at a Half-way house I am sure it will be much cleaner! After reading their review "Dear Reader" I thought I would go ahead and try it. I believe they put this in to make excuses for bad service and a dirty room. To try and blame it on a competitor. Give me a break! Room service was slow and rude! Food cold!!

Wonderful weekend!
My husband, two teenaged daughters and I stayed at the Hyatt from June 18 - June 20. The rooms were VERY nice and VERY clean. I do not like a dirty bathroom, these were clean. We had enough towels. The air conditioning was perfect. The view was awesome. We had a relaxing time and would definitely stay again. The only thing I was not happy with was that we had to pay $12 a night for parking. That was an extra $36. I guess I shouldn't complain, our car was very safe in that parking garage, it was just expensive. All the staff was helpful and courteous. One of the plusses of staying in downtown Albuquerque is that there is always some kind of entertainment nearby. ONE MORE THING: We loved that we could have STARBUCKS in the early morning. PLEASE TRY THE: white chocolate mocha...mmmmm good!

Subjective Reviews
Dear reader. Please take these reviews as subjective personal opinions and not facts. In today's competitive environment you don't know if this is our competition posting negative remarks to sabotage our business or if these are true travel experiences. Here are some facts for you to consider: 1) The hotel rooms have been completely renovated in 2008, and our room cleanliness ranking is in the top 20% in the company. 2) we are continuing upgrades in our lobby, and restaurant areas to the amount of over $500,000 spent this year. 3) We rank #12 in the entire company for overall customer service. 4) We rank #15 in the entire company for check-in process. 5) We rank #30 in the entire company for "staff was quick and efficient". AAA has awarded us a 4 Diamond status for the past 18 years, including winning again in 2009. This comes with an indepth inspection of the hotel's physical appearance, and service. These are the facts, and we welcome your stay in order to show you how we truly provide an exceptional experience for our guests.

Nice Place If You LikeTo Witness Crime
I was here on business. Room was the WORST! Room did not have hot water! Dirty bath tub. Went to eat at the restaurant... A fight broke out! Walked around the outside homeless people everywhere! Wanting money. I would have expected better from a Hyatt property! Front desk is rude! This place will nickle and dime you! They charge for internet. (Had connection issues). This hotel is run down! Dont make the mistake that I did. Stay somewhere else!! If you like to stay in a high crime area and witness it this place is for you! Very expensive for a run down, dirty unsafe hotel!

Disappointment
Our room had an excellent view of the plaza, Convention Center, and Court house. However, the room could have been cleaner....the socks I walked around in in the room were filthy on the bottom after just one day. Food in hotel was not the best. Had difficulty getting the room key to work. I became ill with a bad virus and had to leave at 3:30 am. Concierge was very helpful supplying a wheel chair to get fme from our room to our vehicle, some ginger ale to take for our travel, and a wet towel to use to help with my "bug". Overall, a disappointing stay in what we expected to be an A+ hotel. Don't think we would consider staying there again.

Nice Hotel, Nice Town
Stayed here the week of August 1st 2008 for a conference. No problems other than a overflowing toliet one night. Maintenance responded within 10 minutes of notifying the front desk, and promptly repaired the toliet within 15 minutes. Room was very nice, King size be was very comfortable. Downtown Albuquerque is very nice, and lots of restaurants close by. Overall, I liked the room and hotel. No dislikes.
