Disgrace
I would only recommend this aquarium if you like to see dead and parasite ridden animals on display!

Fun to see
We enjoyed the aquarium in Key West it was full of information about the area sea life. Was cool to touch a Nurse Shark and see them up close.

Excellent little attraction!
What a nice little aquarium, very much hands on. I think it was well worth the price. Some aquariums are over done and mostly hands off, not this one.

Dissappointing
This aquarium was a complete disappointment, there weren't enough exhibits for the money they charged. We had free tickets but if we would have paid I would have asked for my money back.

Great for everyone!
I've been to the aquarium on every trip to Key West. It's a great place to learn about local fish and reptiles. My husband and I have recently become SCUBA divers and it's neat to see the fish you just swam with close up! The huge grouper is great, he's very friendly and it feels like he recognizes us each time. There's also a Bull Shark in the outside area that is beautiful and makes you realize how massive these guys are. It's a great learning experience.

small, but interesting
the aquarium was small, but interesting. they had many tropical fish and sharks in indoor and outdoor tanks. they have tours/feedings several times a day. try to get in on a tour/feeding.

Good for the kids
This is a small aquarium with not much out of the ordinary. The touch tanks with the nurse sharks and horseshoe crabs will please the little ones.

Don't miss it!
While this is a very small aquarium, it's wonderful! As soon as you enter, you see the Touch Tank. Kids will love putting their hands in to pull out all sorts of creatures - starfish, sea cucumbers, horseshoe crabs, etc. Make sure you go around the times when they're feeding the sharks - it's great to watch. You can also pet a baby shark too before they do the feeding. It's definitely fun to do in Key West!
