I stayed for 5 days while i was in LA. The hotel was very clean, the room was big enough and had air con.The hotel location is not central,approx 15-20min walk to highland.The hotel is on a main highway and i found it noisy at nite while trying to sleep :( . On the upside the staff all where very nice and made our stay pleas'nt even on the last day with our flight late at nite we where allowed to still use the pool through the day and allowed me to extend the check out time free of charge. the NET is free to use as well. The coffee shop downstairs was fantastic. I recommend this place for a short visit due to location and being on a main highway.(it is noisy ).

So you might not like the outside of this hotel or it's parking facilities, but I tell you - the rooms are amazing. They are huge and have very comfortable beds, newer carpets, ginormous bathrooms, fridges, microwaves, nice comfy armchairs and HUGE flat screen televisions. I wanted to move in. I'm serious.

The rooms are big for an old hotel like that. It is an old/small hotel with refurbished rooms. I liked the rooms, big and clean with a big washroom. but it is very small and the rooms are very close together, you can hear the rooms next to you as the walls are paper-thin. I was having sex and some dude in the next room knocked on the wall which was the worst experience of me with this place. Would stay elsewhere next time where I can have sex.

I had read reviews and wasn't sure if this would meet our needs. Service was great and for the money and the location we were more than satisfied.

I came to Hollywood on business, and the first night only got 2 hours of sleep due to loud neighbors. I had to leave my TV on the same channel as them just so the noise wouldn't be so heavy through the walls. I'm here right now typing at 2:45AM unable to sleep ONCE AGAIN because of NEW neighbors who are talking over one another in french. I called and complained twice, but apparently there's nothing they can do. I went to the diner earlier and they never even came to get my food order. I came back to the hotel room from working to find my remote for the TV was no longer in the room. When I called the front desk, the man was very helpful, though, and the guy who brought me a different one was very nice. If you're coming here just to party or something, I guess it's a great fit. If you're looking to get a good night's rest, go elsewhere. I wish I had.

This is a great place to stay for the price! Rooms are newly remodeled and the room is very modern with 32inch flat screen television microwave and fridge and Iron board.. also the shower has two heads at each end of the shower and had a built in seat in the shower if you can't stand very well. Hollywood pictures of famous people on the walls. Very close to attractions and my favorite restaurant (roscoes). The front desk staff was nice but one gentlemen (Max) goes out of his way to make you happy he is wonderful.They also have a restaurant called the "101 Coffee shop" that is excellent. I highly reccommend this place for location and price this is the only place I stay when I go to LA.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Although we didn't have hot water for the 5 nights, 6 days, it was still a good stay.

i was very dissapointed with the property. the outside of the hotel was very run down and dirty. Staff not very helpful and rude. I had called to ask for directions and the male who answered was not at all helpful!! when i checked in i wanted to pay cash for the room and same male said he didnt know or was not sure on how to take cash payment, but he took my deposit anyways. Security also was very poor! My room key was not working so I went to the front desk and 2 male clerks were at the desk . I informed them my room key was not working. I gave them my room number and they didnt even ask to verify my identification! Also there were so many wet spots i the hotel that guests could have slipped and fallen. There were not caution signs! also when I arrived home, i found that I was charged $10.00 for no reason! I demand the amount credited! nowhere on the website does it say there will be a $10 fee! And it was never mentioned!. I was also given the wrong room type. Clerk made me feel it was my fault !!!

Sent my boss there and he did not like it - if you are trying to find good deal on business travel; the price is right but the stay is not.
