The 11,000-acre Appleton Sugar Plantation is home to one of the most picturesque valleys in Jamaica. See sugar cane fields and tour the distillery, which has been blending rums since 1749. Tour guides will explain the production process, showing how sugar is distilled into rum. At the end of the tour you'll have an opportunity to taste the variety of rums produced, as well as shop for souvenirs and gifts. If you enjoy the tasting, step into the adjoining bar for more! Each visitor is given a complimentary bottle of rum.
