Located in one of the city's best hotels, the Meliá Sevilla in the Borbolla, across from the Parque de María Luisa, and a stone's throw from downtown Seville. The name gives it all away - with a name like Albufera, you wouldn't expect it to be any other way: here the specialty is rice dishes prepared exactly like on the Levant coasts. The traditional "paella," "arroz a banda," (rice and seafood, with a mayonnaise-like sauce), rice with shellfish...The star dish here is the Albufera paella with lobster and cuttlefish. In any case, for those who miss Eastern Spain or for those who are in Spain for the first time and only know how to say one Spanish word: "paella."
