I have traveled alot, I have checked in 2 weeks ago and before I leave the hotel to have meeting I asked for the hotel staff to clean up my room, It was so bussy and hectic days, i was so tired and need a good rest at that time, but when i go back to my room, It still the same when i start my day,I wask the operator, and they said that I put the Dont Disturb sign. This is one from many accident happened where I call this hotel Shangri-La???

2nd time I am staying here. Both have been plesent. The Horizon Club is a good deal given the extra attention you are given, free b-fast, drinks, etc.

I left a pair of diamond earing in the hotel when I checked out, when I was back in Singapore 3 days later I thought it will be tough luck having the earing found. When I called the hotel, to my pleasent surprise the housekeeper on duty that day reported my lost earing to lost and found dept and waiting for my call. I am totally impressed by the honesty of the staff and enjoyed my 4 days stay in the hotel with the great service, serviced by polite and friendly staff. I will definitely recommend to make it your choice of stay when you visit Jarkata the next time.

This is by far, the safest hotel in Jakarta. Within minutes, you can reach all the shopping malls in Jakarta's business and commercial districts. The food's great and the best thing of all is the excellent services and smiles from all the staffs. Not only the front office staffs, but all of them.
