No doubt, it's among the best hotels in Jakarta. This is a perfet hotel if you want to stay right in the heart of the city of Jakarta. It provides great view over the Bundaran HI Fountain. It also directly connects to one of the best malls in Jakarta, Plaza Indonesia and EX. The swimming pool is also a very nice service from the hotel. Notice that the toilet can't be locked, so it's best for romantic couples, but not so perfect for businessmen who are staying in the same room, unless you request some special requests about the bathroom. The room is huge and the bed is very comfortable as well. Highly recommended.

Grand Hyatt is very nice, I'm happy to be there with some girls at swiming pool.

The room is clean n confort to stay, good location and the pool is nice and big also. All the staff very helpfull. And they also provide very delicious breakfast. We'r stayed there for almost a year so really nothing to complain abt this hotel.

This place has everything to pamper you. A nice lobby bar with live music, restaurants with great food and an awesome swimming pool, spa, tennis courts and also a great jogging track with a tropical theme. Located in the same conveniently and centrally located complex is a shopping mall (actually it is a destination mall) that has everything that an avid shopper would love. In the malls are various native and western theme restaurants that satisfy the taste buds of the pickiest eater and of course the most adventurous amongst us. They also have Starbucks for you and McDonalds for the kids!

This hotel is an excellent and perfect hotel. I can't wait to go back. It is located in the central of Jakarta so I can go around the city easily.
