One of the most beautiful sites in Antigua and a geologist's dream, this natural limestone bridge crosses the raging surf. Keep a respectful distance: stepping out on the bridge is treacherous as a sudden wave can send you flying into the sea. Hence the name. Near the bridge is a natural blow hole that periodically sends out a vertical spray of seawater and air. Stop for a swim off the small adjacent beach. There are no admission hours or fees.
