The Wedgewood Hotel's popular piano lounge is perennially voted the best bar in the city by critics. Named after the epicurean god of wine, it nearly begs you to imbibe in luxurious style. It has a large by-the-glass wine list and fine Italian cuisine. Drinks and nibblies will cost about CAD30. The decor is dark antique and flower-filled elegance, with soft lighting and a gently tinkling piano. The dance floor opens up from Thursday to Saturday and make sure you dress appropriately;casual attire is frowned upon.
